Got the water boiling for the pasta (linguine) and searched for something I could use for the sauce. Red sauce is not an option. Garlic, onion, and spicy tuna sautéd in extra virgin olive oil (added butter later). It’s not good but it’s not that bad either. It was… edible 😀
I did envy our student volunteer late this afternoon as he took his time enjoying some french fries – large. I had the taste the salt and tomato ketchup in my tongue.
I did manage to get through the day without buying precut, deep-fried potatoes.
