“last”

I wonder if the word’s denotative meaning has changed without me knowing it.

The word has been overused in the past week – and not in the definition I am aware of. In this field, it’s never the last set or the final version until the outputs have been reproduced.

How dull can the brain be to have to be reminded of that – in the past five years.
