Took Mako with me to the office early this afternoon. I initially thought it was a good idea since we’ve both been cooped up in the apartment the entire weekend. I had plans for an early morning walk however, I found that it was really hard to peel oneself off the bed after the week that I just had (typical excuse 😐 ).

So a walk to the University, we took, to get my files and some exam papers for checking from the office. It was noontime yet the air was cool and the skies gloomy. It was a good weather for walk.

The walk to the office was pleasant. It wasn’t until I have collected the documents from the office that it started to pour outside. Me, being me, brought no umbrella despite the overcast skies. The umbrella won’t help much for Mako, I thought. Such a dull move. One which resulted to about half an hour’s forced stay at the office building with not much to do but stare at the rain – and take photos of the pup.

After a month, I finally discovered the phone’s photo editor as we waited for the rain to stop πŸ˜€

The downpour did weaken into a light drizzle so we were able to walk back home, feet and paws all muddy.

It was still a pleasant walk, I guess. At least we managed to spend time outside the apartment, I got my files, and I’d be doing more photo editing from the phone from here on. For Mako, it meant a bath two days ahead of schedule.
