Day 15. Honeydew melon, cucumber, & orange

Ingredients: (~2 liters)

  • 1 pc honeydew melon – PhP 96
  • 2 large cucumbers – PhP 52
  • 1 orange – PhP 30

Not going to use honeydew again – ever. It’s too expensive and the taste was too weak that I needed to add an orange so I could taste something. I think I’m going to stick with pineapples. There’s more juice and taste for a lower price 🙂

Day 14. Pineapple & cucumber

The sense of guilt was still high so I thought I should channel it to motivate me to take a morning jog. At this point, I do not care much for the pace. I just want to take more runs this week. Who knows, I m13016493_10208626529716587_35850059_oight surprise myself and make a habit out of it.

Took an early run. See, I needed to be at the office by 7am to prepare for the day’s training so I needed to got out way earlier than usual.

And I did 🙂

Day 5. Kale, cucumber, & mango

Stir fried spinach amaranth for lunch – and so the pretense to eat health continues 🙂

The fridge is still full of greens from the Thursday purchase from Castiel Farm so I thought I could clear it out today – the spinach at least. Already cooked half a kilo of spinach for last night’s dinner. There’s still a kilo of kale for juicing later today until tomorrow.

Day 4. Kale, melon, & mango

Bought greens from Castiel Farm. The sell good quality produce for a great price. I was quite overwhelmed with my orders. It’s a good thing that I brought a large bag with me when I picked up my orders at the Lina’s Orchard office along Lopez Avenue.

I didn’t realize 2kg of kale would be that plenty, considering I also purchased a kilo of spinach amaranth plus some wansoy and basil leaves.

Ingredients (~3 liters)

  • 0.5kg kale – PhP 60
  • 1 melon – PhP 50
  • 1 ripe mango – PhP 39

Total: PhP 149

Started craving for something solid for my meals so I’ve included bananas in my meals.
