We left Bacacay at 9am and had a leisurely lunch at Bigg’s Diner in Gaisano.

It’s becoming a routine to spend time here before taking the bus or flight back to Los Baños.

Day 3/4. Home for the fiesta celebration

It’s day 3 and we still haven’t managed to take that morning walk 😐

Today’s the town fiesta, honoring our patron saint St. Rose of Lima. Aside from the lunch visitors from the one of the aunt’s church organization, the household didn’t receive additional guests. I’m not quite sure if that’s reflective of how social we are as a family 😀

Day 2/4. Home for the fiesta celebration

Who knew we’d be purchasing an “orange” per kilo?  It was sold by piece during my childhood. I could not help breaking a grin when I saw this at the market this morning. Five pieces of orange cost me PhP 25.

It’s Wednesday, a market day in Bacacay, Albay. Wednesdays and Sundays are the market days in the municipality. The eldest sister and I was supposed to take an early morning walk but I was feeling tired from yesterday’s journey.
